Some people are numerical (always like to see numbers), some are color focused (green, yellow, red-more focus on red), some are results oriented (don't want to know anything else), some are subjective (how it was done is more important than if it was completed successfully) - For project mgmt a proper dashboard is the mostly what satisfies everyone in the mgmt team.
