Greet them with a smile :) and offer them to try a new product you are showcasing. Introduce yourself, ask them their name, and whether they have been to this store before? Just to break the ice, and go straight to the heart of the matter. Then he/she might just tell you what they need or are looking for, and you happen to be the perfect person to help them find it!
