Its a mom and pop shop, it's a family business where only family members are valued. Not one single professional in the entire organization. As long as a family member are employed it matters not if they have the skills or marketable product. The Management is inept at making any decisions and is only concerned with their individual pet projects. How this publicly traded company is not down the tubes is a mystery.
