The pay is far above the standard and the benefits are great. The terminal manager is one step short of evil and you will come to hate working at Estes in Tucson. I went from waking up and saying "Time to go to work.' To saying "Oh god it is time to go to hell!" Rob Estes might be a "god faring" person, but he is a "money faring" person and that makes his religion secondary to his care for money and he tries to hide his greed with a subscription to the "Guidepost" magazine. After working at the Tucson location, I have found a new dislike for GOD and religion. I can no longer trust anyone that speaks about god and religion. all they care about is money
