The most I have managed at one time is 27. It involved two one-on-ones per month, one Team Learning, and four individual NICE call listening sessions on each employee. In adddition to these basic requirements, I also administrated daily distribution of stats to all employees to ensure they were always aware of where they were with their numbers, i did side by sides first with anyone who was struggling, then those who who were doing better so as to ensure each team member felt my prescence. Adminitrated KRONOS punches each day and all other administrative duties were also performed daily.
