My answer: Very little. I spend most of my time creating games. Interviewer’s answer: You really need to play 60 games a year. My rebuttal: Shigeru Miyamoto (creator of Mario and Zelda) has said that he doesn't play games in his spare time. Instead he much rather would play guitar or do something creative. I guarantee you that Jade Raymond (Ubisoft Toronto Head) does not play 60 games a year. She most likely spends time with her family and there is nothing wrong with that.
