I told them that with my current bills and having a family, I would want to earn $70k which the recruiting manager told me was the "average salary plus commission" amount for new sales people, but also told them that I would do my very best to exceed that to provide a better life for myself and my family and would never settle for the just hitting the minimum sales quota.
