I will improve the department by addressing any issues that are currently holding it back from achieving our sales and customer service goals. I will make sure the department employees are properly trained, caught up with their continued training courses, and are following the standard operating procedures that the company has laid forth. I will also make sure that the department motto is "Members first!"
