Some challenges, based on experience, would be students who have challenging behaviors such not wanting to work, not paying attention, lack of support from parents/ other staff. I can overcome this by providing incentives, following through, finding times that are convenient for parents to talk either in person, by phone, video and prepare what I’ll say beforehand
