After compiling all the needed information for testing I would run a pilot test to ensure steady flow and little bottlenecks. Once I am confident the test will run smooth, i will receive informed consent from all participants as well as give them an overview and risk/ benefits of participating in the tests. After logistics are accounted for, we agree on a day and time for athletes to come in and record data.
