I would look at the motivation behind the aggressive deadline and assess the following: 1) What is our company's motivation behind why it does what it does, am I able to reflect our principles with this timeline as aggressive as it is? 2) if 1, how can I help rally the team to see the same motivation 3) if not 2, reassess #1; if 2, find the minimum viable product and start on it post-haste. 4) if 3, monitor MVP progression and strip down are add bulk depending on how the timeline is going.
