I was very satisfied with my run with my employer, and had an amazing relationship with both my immediate supervisor and my corporate direct, that they will highly recommend me but had topped the possibility of growth after 8 years and was looking for new experiences in a different realm of the industry, that will challenge me and allowed to grow.
