I said that I would do my very best to handle it in a mature manner, making sure to keep the community as safe as I can. It is my job to alert the authority figures in our community in such a scenario (i.e. police, my supervisor, community security officer, etc.). If I am in a bad position and could potentially be in harm's way, I would re-act naturally by avoiding the situation or defending myself as best as I could. Finally, directing this person to the appropriate resource, should the situation calm itself down is the right course of action as the RA.
