I would make sure to take my time at first to make sure I make their drinks properly. Afterwards I would check on them through out there stay. What helps me is the most is I never forget a face. Plus I would make sure I'm in ear shot but far enough to keep there privacy. I think that would help me if I ever get multiple tables.
