B.B. believes that training the students in "pairs" will help the students learn from each. Ex: If a lower functioning student is withdrawn and does not give eye contact; the Center Director is to pair the student with a student that outgoing and will help the other student become more social, give eye contact, become more social, etc. This should of been explained to you everyday and your Center Director and Program Director should of spoken with you about your caseload daily to see if the pairing was working. If you felt it was not working; or too hard for you to manage ( no fault of your own) , then one of your supervisors should of come into help you and compensate for the mismatch. The CD, PD, yourself and the cognitive coach should of had a meeting to go over all of your students to see who would be a better pair. Hope I answered your question.
