I love panera, when I walk in I love the ambiance, the color scheme and the tranquility. So I would smile to the customer when they walk through those doors, greet them warmly and look at them in the eyes so let them know I'm sincerely glad that they are here. I would continue by asking what they would like to order, if they need help I would give them suggestions on what they are in the mood for, and just being patient with them.
