Sometimes PM’s have multiple projects with similars dates to be completed. To complete them all with a great efficiency, need to prioritize them by each goal, revenue, ebita, and complexity. With the higher complexity, will have the most priority, because you need to involve the best resources, then you have to set a goal for the highest revenue and then the ebitas. You will complete them all at similar dates, but your results will be greater because you achieve multiple companies goals in same year.
