No context very broad question, I attempted to answer correctly by saying that I like to re-create an issue to identify what exactly is happening at which port for which IP and determine where it's getting blockedinternal/external. He had keep re asking until he got to the true question which i believe should've been, for the complex issue that has you scratching your head how would you go about fixing. That was easy, ask my team, vendor, forums before labbing up.
