I am not surprised that Capri Talent Associates has been known to ghost applicants. Their handling of personnel has often been less than professional, using questionable tactics such as claiming positions were being phased out, only to replace the individual the following week. An incident that stands out is when I received a call informing me of my termination while I was on vacation. Such actions reflect a lack of integrity and professionalism. It is reassuring to know that Tapestry has acquired Capri. There is hope that they will undertake necessary reforms and improvements. One of the critical issues at Capri is the apparent favoritism within the organization. For instance, some employees are allowed to arrive early and leave early under the pretext of catching a train, while others struggle to adhere to their schedules and face stricter scrutiny. Additionally, there is a pressing need for a thorough evaluation of management within certain departments. Some areas would benefit greatly from revamping, elimination, or consolidation of management roles to foster a more fair and efficient workplace. Addressing these issues could significantly improve the organizational culture and operational effectiveness at Capri.
