Since it is a group of villas project, it is mandatory to have a detailed WBS with many sub Zones. This type of horizontally spread project must be divided in to may Zones and movement of Construction to be well analyzed by constructability analysis. Also as a Consultant we will establish periodical look ahead programs to identify the bottle necks and advice the Main Contractor in advance to prepare with possible solution to avoid any impact on the completion date of the Project. The review of Critical and near critical activities periodically, will help us in controlling the project to avid the slippage
