There were 5 attributes desired: 1) Problem solver, (2) technical acuity, (3) Project management ability, (4) Ability to handle multiple projects and (5) Good communicator. That's all pretty standard. The gotcha is the interviewer expected the candidate to have time management skills but initiated the phone interview 10 minutes late without explanation. If the initial contact isn't professional, move on.
