I spent a decent amount of my time building a presentation to a brief supplied by Talkdesk that wasn't used at all in questions asked in the interview. It was clear that either the panel didn't know the brief or it was built by HR without any or very minimal input from the interview panel. So it becomes clear that the panel didn't know what to expect from the position they were recruiting for nor what questions to ask to understand how the position might work in the business today and in the future.
