CemSites Interview Question
I was given three tests where I was to 'write code' to perform advanced functions (anagram detection, etc) without a computer. They wanted me to write the code on paper.

I did write the code they requested but not in a language I would have used for this job--sorry next time ask me to write functions I might actually write for a web product and I would have done it in a web language. However, if you ask me to write a piece of code that people would have been using in the 1970's and you will get my sample in a very old language it is simple really.
