This is untrue. I’ve been with UP for 15 years and the nepotism is a thing of the past. I didn’t know anyone, nor was I related to anyone here.

They ask if you have relatives because you aren't allowed to work directly for a relative. So, if you reply that you are related to the Manager or Director of the department that you're interviewing for, that is a nepotism issue.

Yes because they hire family member employees over non-family member employees.
