In your experience, what have you done when something unexpected happened?

They want to know that you will take the initiative and attempt to solve the problem on your own. Everyone there has their own job to do. This is a big boys rules type of place. They would like to see in your answer that you will learn things on your own and not always bother them with question which have answers that you could find on your own.
