A CRA responsibility is to monitor the progress of the clinical trial and to ensure that the study is conducted and that data are handled in accordance with the protocols, good clinical practices, and all FDA and regulatory requirements. The CRA make sure that data are accurately verified and recorded in the electronic data capture system.
