I said yes, it is, but other companies are paying way higher salaries for the same position. Is it possible for the management to increase the salary? I'm qualified for the job and I really want it. Heard back they are still waiting on the manager but never got the answer... Some time later I found out the HR told the manager I declined the offer but I never said that.
