Mala experiencia. Empiezan el proceso de entrevistas sin tener claro la posicion o vacante que necesitan. Vas pasando entrevistas con los key stakeholders pero conforme avanzas te das cuenta que no saben ni a qué posición vas, ni si tienes el perfil. A la 3er entrevista te dicen que solo estaban haciendo scouting de candidatos y que cuando tengan visibilidad de los moviemientos internos del área verán si haces fit en alguno.

Preguntan si te sentirías cómodo en un ambiente de trabajo donde no hay procesos, o donde hay que saltarse los procesos para avanzar. Varios mencionaron que tienen un estilo de trabajo caótico.

Le processus de recrutement a comporté trois entretiens au total. J’ai d’abord été contactée pour un entretien téléphonique avec les ressources humaines, principalement axé sur mon parcours, ma motivation et ma compréhension du poste. Ensuite, j’ai passé un entretien en visioconférence avec le manager de l’équipe, durant lequel on m’a posé des questions plus techniques et comportementales. Enfin, j’ai eu un dernier entretien vidéo avec un responsable RH senior pour discuter de la culture d’entreprise, de mes attentes et des étapes suivantes.
