Interview
One afternoon of assessment in 3 steps done online:
- 1 case: received 5 days before and had to submit the day before. 5 minutes presentation and questions from HR/Managers. Case presentation is done in front of other candidates in smaller break out rooms.
- 1 group case: if passed the case presentation, you move on to the second round, where you are in break out rooms with other candidates and you have to discuss a topic and come to a consensus. The goal is to see how you work in teams.
- 1 HR talk: gives you a feedback on your day, asks some more questions if needed. Asks about your preferences (division, and position)
if this afternoon was passed then you move on to the next round, one or two more interviews with potential managers according to your preferences.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
