I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal
Interview
First, I got an (orientation) interview with the HR. These were all behavioural questions, did not last longer than 30minutes. Got called 2 weeks after and was invited for an interview with the business controller. The person was very nice and explained a lot about the function and the tasks. There was also a case that I initially had to make during the interview about P&L.
