I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Jul 2009
Interview
My interview process was exploratory on L'Oreal's part. They had me meet with several senior executives. The experience was excellent and contrary to L'Oreal's poor industry reputation. Everyone I met over multiple days were extremely courteous and professional. They always provided follow-up, status updates and continue to maintain contact. Very different from many other poor experiences I've had in recent months.
The process was long and intense, met with many Key Team Members of the team in person and virtually over several months. Questions were repetitive and seemed that I was asked the same questions by all members. Not sure if they connected after each interview.
