You are asked to apply online and then invited for a 30 minute interview. Once you are selected, they invite you to Taste of L'Oreal which is essentially "3-super days" in January including a case competition and interviews.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
