I met with L'Oreal at the university career fair. The entire process took 4 weeks. First, there was a phone interview with HR which was just an initial screening. Then the 2nd and final interview was with the department head at Streestboro. Questions where more behavioral, using the STAR technique (Solution Task Action Result).

Interview at career fair, two people interviewed me. The questions were fairly easy what you expect when you google engineering intern job interview questions. They also handed out free products which was very nice.
Was asked a wide variety of questions from school, involvement, leadership, and work experience. They were quick to provide details of the interview and make a decision about the job.
