J'ai passé mon premier entretien avec un Directeur RH, en mars 2021. Ce fût l'un des meilleurs entretiens de mon parcours, Une personne respectueuse et intelligente, qui a su mener l'échange de manière très humaine et professionnelle.
La personne était aimable pendant l'entretien. Mais l'après entretien manquait clairement de considération. On me dit qu'on peut m'expliquer pourquoi un refus, je réponds qu'en effet j'aimerais bien avoir des explications : pas de réponses...
