I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Jan 2015
Interview
Very smooth interview process.
I was referred by an existing employee. Although I applied online, I believe I received a faster response because of a referral. First I interviewed with the person who I'd be reporting to, then I I had an interview with that person's leader, then HR. Everyone was very easy to talk to. Interviews were personalized and fun.
