Interview
I applied online in the L'oreal career web site, about mid July 2014 and called for a phone interview in January 2015. The gap between the application announcement and interview is VERY LONG and there was no confirmation whether the intern vacancy was cancelled or delayed. There was two phone screening and the next stage is to attend a group interview (discussion) in L'oreal headquarter in Jakarta. there was a case study given to be analyzed and presented by each group. Furthermore the applicants had to present themselves (about motivation n personality) to HR. the selected candidates was informed by phone about a week later and emailed about the final interview schedule and salary offering (and contract). working hours was 9-6 5days a week and there is only a basic salary paid for the intern.
