I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Fayetteville, AR) in Oct 2015
Interview
I met with recruiters at the career fair. After speaking with a recruiter for a couple of minutes, she brought me to the side for a mini-interview. She asked about my leadership experience and a general overview of my engineering experience. I was then invited for another interview the next day. There were two rounds back to back, 3:1. That night they offered me the position.
