J'ai postulé via le site web. Premier entretien avec les RH avec des questions de motivation et sur la culture/les produits, puis entretien avec le manager avec une analyse de données. Tous très préparés et amicaux, ils essaient de vous mettre à l'aise et veulent en savoir le plus possible sur vos expériences passées.
The interview process was smooth, welcoming, and well organized. Every conversation felt thoughtful, respectful, and engaging, with clear communication throughout. It left a strong impression of professionalism, warmth, and opportunity. Sadly i didnt get an offer
El proceso de selección inició con una entrevista con el área de recursos humanos, posteriormente avancé a una segunda entrevista con mi manager directo y finalmente participé en una última entrevista con la directora del área.
