friendly and respectfull athmosphere. lots of questions that change direction and go deeper in different topics. you need to be well aware of your qualities, weak areas, succeeces or failuares and the lessons taken out. prepare well about the company , express own opinion when argumenting, be ready with questions that you want to ask.
