I applied online for the position through my university. I found that the online application was very standard and pretty straightforward, no curveballs here. Then I received an email for a phone interview and it was an HR rep, very basic filter questions.

They asked me basic questions: biggest strengths, biggest weaknesses, tell me about a difficult situation in the work place and how you dealt with it.
