Long term goals. Will I stay.

Yes. I would have had the managers and supervisors been monitored better, and not been allowed to denigrate and oppress workers. Its real issue there. Employees are afraid to speak. Its a chaotic environment, it 'LOOKS GOOD' upon entry. After being there a while I learned they are not organised and workers are oppressed and bullied and afraid to discuss this for fear of tarnishing the 'clean pristine image' Sel wants to represent. This company spends a lot of money on looking good to the media and to the community. It has a lot of problems. Don't waste your time going there. Its a miserable job to be a assembler.
