More behavior questions than some interviews.

I had technically 3 interviews, 1 phone, then met with two Leads individually (apparently not the usual, but they had prior commitments). The Leads oversee the Retention and Financial departments. Retention is to maintain clients enrolled in the Wellness Plan and Financial is a "soft" collections department. It was a pleasant experience, their office while being the usual cubical banks, is made more inviting with plants, colors, etc.
