The interview format you mention is indeed true as we like our candidates to have the opportunity to meet with people at all levels of our team to ensure that the position would be a great fit for them. You mention physical security concerns for the assessment portion - we escort candidates, however we don't feel that locking candidates in a room or having someone sit in there while they take an assessment would be appropriate or necessary, as we trust in our candidates' professionalism. To date in 2018 we've hired 8 auditors, of which none came from the pharmaceutical industry other than our two interns, and we also re-checked the candidates we didn't move forward with and can confirm that post-interview follow-ups were provided.
