Has been a positive, and learning experience. I learned very fast that when communicating with the children, it does not take raising your voice to get their attention, once you find a quiet way to calm them down; example turning the lights off and on; you are able to communicate in a calmly manner. You will be surprise on how much information you can gain from the children, on things that have gain their interest. I love to find out what interest my students. Once I do that I can incorporate that into my lessons, this is when you are able to see the love for learning come out it is amazing to witness.
