I talked about a time when I got a new manager who didn't trust me like the other managers and kept micromanaging me. I am a highly independent person who lets people do their own things so long as they get the job done, while he wanted people to do things his way and that was how we differed. I then adjusted my work style to be highly proactive and he then realised he didn't need to micromanage me. They seemed disappointed that I didn't talk about my feelings to him about it.
