When a coworker didnt understand how to take an order cause she couldn't find it on the screen and she had a long line of people. I told her what was wrong she said she couldn't find an item on the screen and the people were getting upset of waiting o had another coworker open up the other registered to wait on the people while I helped find the items on the screen and apologized to the person we were waiting on and offered the costumer a free meal card for waiting. So I made the coworker feel comfortable and made the customer happy.
