Long but effective. Having 3 interviews in a row can be tiring, but they have a very interactive final round day. They had us do a product tasting and even though it was virtual, they were able to have it sent to us.

They asked a mix of behavioral and experience-based questions that focused on how I’ve handled core HR responsibilities in past roles. Overall, the interview focused on practical, hands-on HR operations work.

I had a smooth interview process with Nestlé. The team was professional, clear in communication, and provided prompt feedback at each stage. Overall, it was a well-organized and positive experience.

The process is : Recruiter first, then proceed to the next round interview.
The interview was not that difficult, more around the experience and skill set. This is an interactive session.
