The first phone interview starts in a traditional format and then two behavioral questions are asked. When I received an email to request the phone interview there was detailed information to me on what to expect that was very helpful. Within a week I was asked to come into the headquarters to do a interview in the office. That was three hours long - three hour long interviews with three different people at separate times. You are in an interview room and they come to you and made me feel very comfortable though the process. Also the three people you interview with are senior people on your team - it is nice meeting people i would work with. They focus on character a lot which I really valued. A week after that I was offered a position.
