The interview was a 2 part process. The initial screening from one of the Talent Acquisition department The interview process for the Training Administrator role at Nestlé Purina consisted of two stages. The first was an initial screening conducted by a member of the Talent Acquisition team to review qualifications and overall fit. The second stage was a more in-depth interview with the Organizational Development team, focusing on technical skills, experience with training programs, and alignment with Purina’s culture and values. And another directly from the Organizational Development team.

I applied online. Received an email to set a time to have a 45 minute phone interview. I set the time for the interview, and received at least 3 confirmation emails for my date and time. When the day and time came, no one called. I had prepared knowing this was supposedly a STAR/Behavioral style interview, and was shocked given how transparent this company is with Glassdoor. I sent an email. And called the St. Louis # of the person who was suppose to interview me on my original email. It went to voicemail. Have not heard back.
