      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (South Zanesville, OH) in Feb 2021

      Interview

I had a 45 minute phone interview with some basic questions and two behavioral style questions. I was then called a few days later about a second interview.. the second interview was in person and took about 2 hours. I interviewed with 4 people. I was extremely nervous about the interview because I don't do well with behavioral style questions on the spot, so I made sure to prepare myself as much as I could before the interview. I familiarized myself as much as I could with the star process. I then wrote down about 12 different scenarios for the questions they asked me. The interview was very relaxed and not nerve wrecking at all. The people who interviewed me were very nice and laid back. I brought along my notebook with all of my 12 scenarios wrote down, which you are allowed to do. One of the interviewers said she had never interviewed someone who came as prepared as I did. We interviewed for about 20 minutes, then I went on to interview with two more people. They were also very laid back. My advice is to just breathe, don't stress out, and take your time answering questions. Don't rush JUST to blurt out an answer. Really think about what they are asking and how they are asking. Do not go into this interview unprepared. Study behavioral style questions and practice asking yourself example questions. It really helped me to come prepared!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had an incident with a coworker. Tell me about a time you witnessed an unsafe act.
